Up About Belly Dancing Belly Dance Stuff How To Pay Fan Veil

Wednesday night classes are 'pay as you go' so pay on the weeks you take part, for courses see below for how to pay. Please ensure that you have contacted us to book on to the course you are paying for before sending cheques as once a course is full you cannot join it even if you have sent cheques 'on the off-chance'. We keep numbers to a level where we know we'll have plenty of time to wander about answering questions, giving encouragement and giving you the value for money that you've come to expect from the Dance Collective and prior booking helps to maintain this.
All our classes / courses cost £5 per hour and should be paid for as a whole rather than weekly except for the Wednesday classes. You can send a 50% deposit or a cheque for the entire course, it's up to you. If you have paid a deposit you can pay the outstanding sum on the first night of your course either in cash or by cheque. We don't accept cards as we're only a small company.
All bookings are considered 'provisional' until we receive payments.

Cheques should be made payable to: Diablito Dance Company
and sent to:

Diablito Dance Company
27 Quarry Road
Old Town

Please ensure all cheques have the following details written clearly on the back:

bullet

your full name - we may have several ladies with the same Christian name

bullet

an email address to send a confirmation of safe arrival to

bullet

the course you're booking - absolutely essential

We only offer refunds for cancellations by pupils if you give us a weeks notice so we can fill your place. In the unlikely case that any of our courses are cancelled by us we give full refunds of your monies - as you'd expect.

If you are paying for a minor (under 16) please be aware that we expect every girl of 15 and under to accompanied by an adult in accordance with the very sensible governmental guidlines and you should make the age of the minor known to us beforehand. We love mums and daughters taking part in belly dancing - that's the traditional way it was learnt - but unaccompanied children are a no-no for the obvious reasons.
